Name-related Issues

Here's everything you need to know regarding changing or amending a name in your booking. Please have a look at the information provided below before reaching out to our support team.

Common name corrections include typos, inverted names (John DOE/ DOE John), and surname changes due to marriage or divorce.
Airlines' policies may vary: some allow minor changes, while others, like low-cost carriers, have stricter rules.
When traveling within Europe, some airlines permit 1-3 misplaced letters in names, as long as pronunciation, and the first letter of name and surname remain unchanged. However, please check with your airline, as we cannot guarantee you will be allowed to fly in such cases.
Name changes are often not possible for bookings involving multiple airlines or code-shared flights.
When traveling to the USA, China, New Zealand, Australia, Korea, or Japan, the name on the ticket needs to match the passport, including middle names and with no typos.
If you need to change a name within 24 hours from departure, contact the airline directly.
If you added the Check-in service to your trip, after a name change or correction, it will no longer be available.
